Hey Everyone,
So after being unhappy with myself and being overweight all of my life I realized that I am the only one that can change it, and become healthy. Just wanted to say hello to all, and that my challenge (and oh what a challenge!!!) has begun. I've lost 23 lbs thus far by just eating healthy and exercising 25-45 minutes a day. An absolute 360 from my old life. I've been reading a lot on this forum, and I wanted to thank everyone for their valuable information!!!
