I want to wish you all the luck! Also, I would suggest that in addition to walking or jogging, start drinking a lot of water: at least 6-8 glasses a day. If you drink soda, substitute it with water instead. I know, not very tempting, but sodas have anywhere from 165-200 calories in them and those calories add up. The magic number is 3500. That is the amount of calories in a pound of fat. Remember, you are not alone. We are all here to help you.
