It is a new program put out by Tony Horton the same guy that did power90 and does Power90X

It is pretty good and in combination with the Power Yoga I am doing it appears to work great. And the fact it is 10 minutes gives me little room for the excuse of "I don't have time" and I have been VERY good with that excuse in the past.
