After a couple of months of working at changing my diet that did not seem to make any difference and then a month of Power Yoga and more walking that did not seem to make any difference and now one week of 10 minute trainer I have actually lost 2 pounds.
Ironically I was not able to do the 10 minute trainer workout this morning because I over slept. I did the Yoga but not the 10 minute trainer and what I find very interesting is that after the Yoga I feel very good but apparently without the 10 minute trainer by the time I get to work I am very stiff. All last week I was great and had a whole lot of energy.
Well after work I need to get that workout in and see how I feel then.
