Sounds like you are doing great. One thing I do to help curb the binging is I allow myself one meal once a week that I can eat any kind of food I want. Just the portions are smaller than I would have eaten before. So if I've been craving mexican or chinese all week I will get it or if I've been craving a milkshake all week I'll get that but only one meal a week. So that I dont over do it.
