I think that throwing a bunch of fruits/veg into a blender and making smoothies (just add a little plain yogurt, ice and a tsp of honey, if you need more sweetness) is better than juicing.
When you juice something, don't you strain out the fibre and stuff? With blenders you get everything you put in, in liquid form.
it's a great way to get your servings in, but i wouldn't recommend replacing all of your meals for it.
your brain needs complex carbs (not found in fruits) that are mostly found in grains....and you need the protein from meat. it just doesnt seem healthy do go on a liquid diet.
