I am not really sure how that carb thing goes when I do lose the weight and begin eating regular. I hear alot of people gain the weight back and I don't want to do that.
Right now though I am staying away from them. I eat mostly meats and vegetables right now. My doctor approves of the low carb diet but he told me to add some whole wheat bread to it and some fruit. So I may try that.

I want to do some research on this more and see if I may just need to go to a more reduced calorie diet plan.
