Vegetable and Egg Burger
Serves 4
2 cups steamed (until soft) vegetables (yams, carrots, red cabbage, green beans and peas work best)
2 eggs
¼ cup wheat germ
¼ cup raw whole oats
1 garlic, crushed
1 tsp celtic or sea salt
1 can wild salmon (optional)
Mix all ingredients in a blender except canned salmon.
Add in canned salmon and leave in small chunks.
Form into patties
Melt 1 tbsp coconut oil in fry pan on med/low heat
Grill burgers for about 10 minutes per side (until egg is cooked) |
