| Re: vertical sleeve surgery Dee, our best advice is to exercise and eat right before ever looking at surgery. This means counting calories and doing physical exercise on a daily basis. Surgery has about a 90% return to obesity rate which just isn't worth it in my eyes. You'll lose weight without the knowledge and constraint of how to keep it off and stay healthy.
