Friday took the day off...and went out and drank with friends.
Saturday was 1.5 hours of full upper body lifting and 20 minutes of HIIT, but then went out and drank

Sunday was 20 minutes of light basketball followed up by 1 hour of lower body lifting.
Today (Monday) was 30 minutes of abs and 1.5 hours of full court basketball!

OMG I'm sooooo beat. Every muscle on my body aches, I have a huge unpopped blister on my big toe, and on that same toe where I have a bad injury, it hurts so much that I can barely walk. But I love it.

Just popped 4 advil.

I'm going to look like the biggest gimp tomorrow.
I've been eating very clean, so good there....and pounding protein.
