A good friend of mine just finished the course and said it involves some of the hardest workouts she's ever done (and she's pretty buff.) They apparently force you to do the splits (with your legs going to the side, not in front/back) by the end of the month-long thing. Every day, they have to go as low as you can and then push you down even lower until you can't stand the pain any longer.
