So right after I took these pictures I took 2 weekend vacations to San Diego and ate like crap. Didn't go to the gym for about 2 weeks, and I put on a few pounds from the pics you see above. Been trying to lose some of the weight lately.......
This past Wednesday- Salsa and Rumba Dancing (light for 45 minutes)
Thursday- Full upper body workout supersetting + 20 minutes HIIT
Friday- Full lower body, partial supersetting workout + 20 minutes HIIT
Saturday- Ran hard on the street for 20 minutes
Sunday- Day off
Monday (today)- Full abs workout supersetting, 20 minutes HIIT
I drank a ton all weekend, which didn't help matters. At least 1000 calories of alcohol this weekend.
