I was a college student too, and ate like crap my first semester. Second semester I cut it all out cold turkey. No more fast food. I kept a mini- fridge full of healthy food in my dorm room freshman year like deli meats and what not, and did eat fast food, but went to places I could get healthy sandwiches, salads, etc. I also carried protein bars with me and protein shakes too.
