Today is Wednesday, 5/14/08 and of only 2 days dieting (cutting my caloric intake down to 1500 calories) and exercising I've lost 2 pounds.

I'll check in with you guys weekly to discuss my progress. But, I will lose the weight as I've done so before. But, I will need you guys for support.

Hi Calvin, welcome! We'll definitely be here to support you the whole way through! Cutting calories is the way to go! What type of exercise have you started?
