Unfortunately I've let myself get so unhealthy that i have to begin that way with the exercise. I'm also trying everyday to get my mind in a more positive place. I allow myself to get so overwhelmed with the 'big picture' and I struggle with not letting that defeat me before I make any real progress. How long have you been at this and what are your successes?
Mindset is the most important thing you can do for yourself. Instead of looking at the big picture, a lot of us look at things day bay day and set small mini goals for ourselves. I've been eating a healthy lifestyle for 11 years now. I cut out everything bad cold turkey and never looked back. I've always been an exercise hound, and combined with healthy eating things have turned out OK for me.
