| Re: Hi there! Thanks for the welcome! I have joined weight watchers - again (i feel like i have to confess that cuz i've joined so so many times in the past) I've made the commitment to move just a little bit more everyday to begin with. Unfortunately I've let myself get so unhealthy that i have to begin that way with the exercise. I'm also trying everyday to get my mind in a more positive place. I allow myself to get so overwhelmed with the 'big picture' and I struggle with not letting that defeat me before I make any real progress. How long have you been at this and what are your successes? |
