Been off and on in the gym lately, and this week my eating habits suffered because I pulled 2 all nighters at work (ate 3 pizzas in one day), but overall I'm very happy where I'm at considering I turn 30 tomorrow. I'd like to shed a few more lbs. of fat and add a little muscle, but I'm very close to my goals. If I dedicate myself a little harder (more time in the gym) this can be a reality. I've only been going twice a week at most which just isn't enough.
