Ground turkey is pretty good! My mother substituted it for ground beef when cooking for my family years ago. I've been on a roasted red pepper kick myself lately.

I still use ground beef though, but only the 96% lean kind. Buffalo is pretty lean too. Other odd but good foods I've been munching on: smoked salmon, nuts (in moderation), light string cheese, lump crab meat, whole wheat low carb tortillas (with any favorite filling), and tuna in a can....
