| Re: I'm in an exercise rut....... Inner and Outer thighs can be hit harder by either wider than shoulder or narrower than shoulder stance on the hack sled. Also lunges with some dumbells. For chest you can do floor bench and fly's or if you have a flat bench use that. Also pushups in various hand positions work very well also.
