I've been watching what I eat alot more. I was obsessed with pasta for a while. I ate alot of Fetticuine Alredo.

I also try to tell myself that I'm worthy of being confident and feeling good and looking good. I try not to let people get me down as much, also.
Just little things I've been doing have helped so far and I can't wait to make bigger changes. I'm really hoping I can stay on track though. Its easy for things to slip out of my concentration.
Do you still smoke? You don't have to answer that if you don't want.
