Hi Guys
Thanks for the help I can use it. What I want to do is get down to 180 but I do not want to go on a diet. Here is what I do, I eat as much fresh green vegetables and fruit as possible and limit myself to 4ozs of cooked meat a day when possible. The meat is usually grilled or stir fried but it is not set in stone. I also grill veggies and smoke some of the meats I eat, I'm in my element this time of year. I have a ball putting things together outside for the family and I'm trying to find a way to be healthy without dieting rather changing what and the way I eat. The reason is I can not stay on any diet for every but I can change what and how I eat, does this sound reasonable?
I change up my exercise routine twice weekly but I only do circuit core training and power walking because of my age. Everything I do is from a standing position mostly crunches, pops, helicopters and curls. I want to stave off arthritis, maintain flexibility and tone but I want to stay way from bulk. I'm forced to take a long term view that's why I'm so careful about dieting to loose weight. I can loose the weight, I want to keep it off that's what I'm concerned about. I can see my pecks now and I'm 34 - 35 in the waist with a 44 inch chest at 190lbs. The 180 goal is within 5lbs of what I was in college but I was 18 then, that was 35 years ago

In short guys I want to be fit and healthy, what's your best advise on how to get there from here?
Jimmy
