Have you been changing up your workouts, or have you been doing the same routine for the last couple months or longer? If it's the latter, just changing your workout routine and adding new exercises will show significant results. Gyms always have trainers on staff to answer questions, so you can always find one and ask "what would be a good exercise in replace of _____?" <-- insert something you're currently doing and have been doing for too long. This will help prevent a plateau!!
