It's my anniversary

Hi Everyone
Well I've make it one year and at 190lbs I feel good. I'm at 1500 to 1750 calories a day with a brisk 5 mile walk 5 days a week along with a 60 minute workout 5 days a week. I'm going to set my new goal at 180lbs by November 1 2008. I realize this is going be a very difficult task if not an unattainable one. I'm pretty close to the wall and I'm in my 50's. I really want to loose the weight to save my joints and ligaments but I'm not sure I can scale the plateau without burnout or blowout. What if I get there, well that would mean a 32% lost in BM? Would 185 LBS be more realistic as a sustainable weight and provide a better quality of life in the long run? If I can not sustain and maintain the weight loss it's a defeat but 5lbs seems to be a cop out
All the best
Jimmy
