| Re: Bad Carbs vs. "Good Carbs?" Just a question Mike, how are you getting 325 g. of protien and still staying somewhat low-cal? I have to fight to get to 100 g. on a 1200 calorie diet. Also, does anyone have some suggestions for quality food that would increase my fiber intake to about 45 g. per day? I noticed that baked beans are high in fiber, as are most beans in general. I don't really want to eat a lot of bread type foods because I am a bread-a-holic, so I'm trying to stay away from it. Thanks, Laurie
