I really need the surgery but have just been putting it off for to long now.
I try to stay away from places that have food so I won't be tempted to eat, its been hard but I am training myself and so far so good.
I know what my problem is when it comes to eating and i have been working on overcoming that to so i am getting better.
find a pool and swim or walk in the pool, if you can't afford it try to find a community pool or something cheap, then if you do that you can lose weight and eventually your knees won't hurt then you can walk and lose even more weight. Surgery won't help if you still have the weight, its like the commercials for the scooter store that say if you have trouble getting around, get a scooter, great a couple months of not walking and riding your scooter and your legs will be so week that you will never walk again, so the problem gets worse instead of better. My back is killing me but I'm still going to the gym everyday because its the only way that I will make a change and become a sexy bitch
