Is there anything anyone here can do to help me out some. I just do not know where to start when it comes to losing weight and keeping it off. I lost some on low carb already and am following that plan right now.
So If you can give me some sort of advice on how to stick with this plan I am on and support me it would be greatly appreciated. |
Given that arthritis is taking its toll....your best bet is to change your eating habits in an effort to lose weight. Have you ever attempting counting calories? That is one thing we can help you do to kick start your weight loss.
