i agree the idea of surgery scares me and what are the long term affects of it and from what i understand the ones that gain the weight back do it because they dont make the changes in their lives that is needed to maintain the weight loss it is a life change that needs to be made in order to become healthy and stay that way....we didnt gain this weight over night an we shouldnt lose it overnight either and if they dont figure out what is causeing the emotional eating or not eating nothing will work long term
