| Re: PLEASE HELP ME Counting calories doesn't work. What you eat and when you eat it are just as important as how much you eat. This is because what happens to those calories is largely determined by your homrones and these hormones are strongly influenced by these other factors.
Exercise is very important for weight loss. I am a preventive medicine physician and have written a book on this subject (researched over 5 years!). This actually can be much easier than you think. So please check it out.
