I agree. Diet and exercise go hand in hand. If you really, seriously begin to exercise and cut back a little on calories you'll see a difference. Start eating foods higher in protein and cut back on the junk in your diet. Don't get discourgaged. The first few weeks are the hardest b/c you don't see results right away and your sore and tired and you figure what's the use. I think your trying to lose quite a bit in a short period of time, but it's good to have something like a reunion to motivate you. You can lose even less than that and with execise your body will begin to change and look better. I've been at it 7 weeks and I've already dropped a dress size and I have a few pair of pants and a skirt I can pull off w/o unzipping b/c they are so loose! Hopfully your new diet and exercise will become a way of life for you beyond your reunion b/c you'll feel and look better from now on.
