Hi
I'm a newbie here also and I have the utmost respect for the members. I've seen people who've lost in excess of 100lbs, in some cases 40% of their body mass. I've been down to 189lbs for 4 months but the lack of outdoor activity during the winter caused me to gain. I think my problem is an addiction to food so it a mental and physical issue in my case. Pills then are not an option for me and everything is relative to the individual. Pills would not appear to be the solution or the crisis would have been resolved a long time ago. You may want to consider protein supplements in the same vane as sausages, sugar substitutes, white flour and corn derivatives. The devil is somewhere in the details, call me a conspiracy theorist but why not just add a glass of milk and some raisins. Drip drip drip first sugar substitutes then processed meats now the body can not process all the corn derivatives. What's being done about this if true nothing but a new pill sanctioned the FDA
