| Re: Gastric Bypass and my new life Hate to put my 2 cents in here but I highly suggest everyone do everything in their power before trying surgery. There's a HUGE percentage that do the surgery and maintain their terrible eating habits and zero exercise and put the weight back on within a few years. Nothing like spending $$$$$ only to get obese again. You must learn to eat right and exercise for the long term! You can't be lazy and eat poorly and be in good shape, it's not possible. Just because you're "slim" doesn't mean you're healthy.

No reason to diet, subscribe to food services, have surgery or take diet pills. Learn to eat right, count calories and exercise. If 400+lb people on Biggest Loser can do it, so can you!
