Re: Music helps to lose weight!

Lately when I'm on the treadmill I've been listening to Sharyel Crow. Each song is about 4 minutes long and that's about how long it takes me to go a lap (1/4 mile). Sometimes I'll watch a dvd (I got a portable one for Christmas from my son, one of my best presents ever).
