| Re: Drum roll please... All the fish and chicken I want, I can eat red meat although I try to limit myself to once or twice a week, I can have rice, domestic fruits (berries, peaches, nectarines, apples, etc. Oranges & grapes are a no-go, as they have yeast in their skins.) most vegetables, some nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts) and some other stuff....
I can't eat flour, but I can have all the whole grains I want.
I typically start my day off with a bowl of oatmeal with a little bit of soy milk & cinnamon to sweeten it a little. I'll add in some almond slivers for protein.
Lunch I'll have some wild salmon or chicken that is leftover from the dinner I made the night before, then I'll have some berries & apples to snack.
Dinner is fish (I prefer salmon, but any kind works) or chicken and rice and/or lightly steamed veggies. I spice the fish and/or chicken with different herbs/spices. No sauces. But it's still delicious. Garlic is my friend.
