I was eating EXTREMELY low carb last week to give my diet a boost and was still making regular food for my husband. I made chilli and peanut butter cookies. I was fine for a while but something in me snapped and I had a bowl of it w/ fat free shredded cheese and 5 or 6 saltines. Ok, that can be remedied right? I will just exercise extra hard next time. The beans after all are loaded with fiber. Well that would have worked had I not vacuumed up 3 large peanut butter cookies too!

Intead of working out 3 days a week as my past norm it will be every day this week b/c of that little screw up. 9g of fat, 190 cals, 15g sugar EACH cookie!!!! AHHH!!! I have a 10 yr high school reunion that I am going to in June. I want to lose 15-20 lbs and I just really dont have room in my pants for those 3 cookies!
