| Re: Smoothies.... I'll be interested in the responses on the smoothies - I haven't ventured there yet. But, on the days I have oatmeal, I also have 1 or 2 light breakfast sausages to make sure that I have protein to balance the carbs. Some days I wake up with a craving for oatmeal. I just make sure that I measure it carefully so I don't overdo it.
