I have lost a total of 10.5 lbs since I joined this website. I lost 4 lbs in the last week, because I decided to try to experiment with my diet and cut out all forms of yeast.
I'm allergic to yeast, but it is a very difficult thing to avoid as it can be found in the skins of a lot of fruits & vegetables, most dairy, and tons of other stuff. But I had been feeling incredibly bloated, and I figured that my allergies were the main cause, and I was right!
Just in the past 5 days, my stomach has gone back to being almost completely flat. I'm no longer bloated, and have a lot more energy.
I also haven't been getting the sugar cravings I used to always have... and without those, I have a feeling it will be a lot easier to drop the rest of the weight I want to lose.
