I'm back and have lost thirty-five pounds!

So I was getting down on myself when my Fiance reminded me that I started tipping the scale at: 288, I remember it was in the beginning of october or september. I remember calling him up crying that I was almost too 300.

Well It has taken me six months but I am down to 253, I have lost thirty-five pounds in six months.

I have been doing it gradually, and I am happy because that way I can loose it with the mindset that I am loosing it healthily and that what I am doing such as exercise every single day for thirty minutes on the treadmill. Recently twice a day so a total of sixty-minutes monday-thursday then once a day friday-sunday

When I get too 200 I will then incorporate weight loss yoga!

I am not on any diet, I eat what I want in moderation. I also don't deprive myself of sweets.

I am happy to be back and I am happy to have lost this thirty-five pounds, maybe in another six months or less I will lose another thirty-five pounds!


I think I need to change my goal to two years!
