I definitely do the snacking to keep my blood sugar stable - almonds, cheese or a little tuna fish are my favorites. That way I don't get to the starving point. Kira, the other thing that works for me is to slow down my eating. I've read that your brain doesn't give the "full" signal until about 20 minutes after you start eating. So see if you can slow down, and eat less over that 20 minute period. Good luck!
