I was going to say the same thing, before you eat drink a big glass of water. do you snack at all? and how often do you eat? I used to be on the go all the time so I would get to where I was starving and then I would hit a drive thru and get way more than I needed because I was so hungry. My point is even though you can't plan ahead you can get a few things to take with you like nuts are good, almonds,pistacheos,walnuts, and string cheese with an apple anything to take the edge off.
