i weighed this morning but didnt have time to post it i over slept and didnt want to be last for class anyways i gained

but it was only 1lb and so i'm back at 235lbs. i'm going to have to be more careful about how much i eat i think i had a couple of days where i had the munchies and then others that i hardly ate it messes me up i guess and i'm gonna have to find a way to study while i'm on my bike or something so i can get both done. but i'll do better next week
