| Re: Monday Weigh in it would be beneficial, in my opinion, to "average" all the food you consume over a weeks time. that way, the crepe's like a blip on the radar screen.
over the course of one month, if you stick with your meal plans, those occasional blips will only show up as daily blips if you weigh yourself every day but over the long run, they won't matter....
unless you start having them every day three times a day - lol
