Yes, I know it's water weight, but I'm going to celebrate anyway! I was pretty good at sticking to my plan last week - lots of vegetables, lean proteins, no alcohol, no breads/pastas potatoes... with one exception. I was invited to brunch by a mom of one of my friends, and she made her famous crepes. I did have 2 - one at a time, supplemented by lots of fresh fruit and going with water instead of orange juice. It was a good experience, because I'm not going to be able to avoid special occasions forever, so I was pleased that I was able to eat a reasonable amount in a social situation.
