Hi. Well one of my problems is that if I get hungry, I need to eat until I feel full. And eating until I feel full is a lot more than actually being full. So first I need to find something that makes me feel full.
And my plan is simple; I'll start using the grocery store located further away. I'll get exercise and I'll either carry heavy groceries home or buy less and thus eat less.
I can't plan every meal in advance. Life has way too many variables. I think generally eating healthier will work better for me.
