| Re: Please Help Need to see your exact diet from a typical day to see what's going on. It's as simple as figuring out if you're taking in more than you're putting out. High glycemic/high carbohydrate foods are super high in calories, if you're addicted to white flour carbs that is the biggest problem right there. Drop all white flour products from your diet, drop highly processed foods from your diet and see what happens. Also no cola's, I wouldn't even suggest diet as the chemicals they use to replace the high calorie stuff can't be good for you. The easiest way to feel full is to have a high protein/high fiber diet at all times, such as a chicken breast and some brocolli or a protein powder shake made with water and drop in some fiber. White flour foods make your HUNGRY all the time and your body craves more sugar!!
