My husband and I have the same problem as you do. But I do all the grocery shopping so none of the junk came in the house until I was able to control the cravings. And even now not much gets in. He tends to get really mad at me when he comes home from work and finds all his junk food in the garbage lol. The reason I do that is he now has health problems and cant afford to eat all that junk either. So if he brings it in what he doesnt eat by the time he goes back on the road hits the trash can. I know it sounds like a waste and it really is but I figure its better in the garbage then me having a bad day and eating it.
You just have to take a stand with them it took me forever to do it but once I did its been a lot better. Now he only asks for his chips about once a month or so. So I do get them and he makes 1 bag last the whole time he is home instead of eating it in one sitting. Just because a person might not be over weight doesnt mean the garbage food wont cause them health problems as well.
