if you really want it to work you have to add an aspirin to the ephedra and caffeine, it thins your blood so in combination with the other two it is the most powerful thermogenic available or I guess not available anymore. body builders used to do this it's where all the first generation fat burners came from like hydroxycut,xenadrine,etc there recipe was those three in combination before ephedra became illlegal.
