My question is that I'm trying to find something that is similar to Metab-O-Lite, which isn't made anymore. I have tried different products with Ephedra but all the ones that I have taken tend to be too strong because I feel quite jittery. I'm already someone that tends to be a bit anxious overall. Does anyone have any suggestions. I have been exercising and watching my food intake but unfortunately I have been blessed with a very slow metabolism!!!

I would appreciate any feedback......

Ephedra has been replaced by a synthetic version known as Ephedrine, which can be found in over the counter bronchial medicines like Bronkaid. You can find them at your local drug stores, though I believe I read somewhere that those too are going to be banned shortly. Ephedrine does seem to have less of the nasty side effects Ephedra did. You may want to do some research on it. I myself have used Ephedra and caffeine together to mitigate muscle loss while trying to lose fat. Again, not for anyone with blod pressure issues.
