| Re: New to the forum i found that when following the south beach plan even when i dont follow it closely but just use it as a base for the way i should eat that i'm eating less than i used to and am full, not stuffed but satisfied and i dont have the cravings all the time like i used to. it gave me an idea of what i should be eating and gave me a starting point which is what i needed to get me going
