Dang I got an error message and it deleted what I typed, so I guess I will type it again. What I said is that ephedra actually is a great drug when mixed with the right ingredients(which you can't find anymore) if your in the United States good luck finding any, however pills are just a temporary solution you need to focus more on changing your lifestyle permanently if you want to lose weight and keep it off.
