Sitting in Reno, so far I've been good to my reduced intake. Protein shake at the hotel room then 1 cup of oatmeal for breakfast. Just ate some lunch which was a big pile of romain lettuce and spinach leaves and a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese along with about 6 oz of salmon. Yesterday I a protein shake for breakfast, nibbled on some jerky on the way up and then had a ceasars salad and some sashimi for dinner.
Son won his 1st match today at this tourny and is now in the top 6. If he wins his match tomorrow he'll be in the finals on Sunday.
